Is there a minimum order or minimum charge?
We do not have a minimum order or minimum order charge.

Can I have rosettes which are not shown on the website?
We can only show a fraction of the numerous permutations that are available, so we have chosen to show the basic styles in a selection of colours. We will be happy to produce any design of rosette that is required.

If I provide artwork from which a block is made, will it be used for other peoples rosettes?
No. If we use your artwork and have charged you to produce the block, it will be kept for your orders alone.

How much do you charge for artwork?
The cost for a printing plate to be manufactured is a one-off charge of £20. Subsequent orders using this plate will not incur a charge.

Can I make repeat orders?
We keep detailed records and can therefore easily supply repeat orders. It is a great help if you are able to supply the relevant invoice number, especially if you have previously made a number of different orders.

Do I have to work out the cost of my order or will you work it out for me?
In many cases we will be able to provide a price immediately over the phone, but because things can get a bit complicated with large or non-standard orders, we may need to ring you back.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, through the paypal facility.
